Mark Boettcher, in addition to being a Realtor and attorney, holds his mortgage broker’s license and hangs it with Zana Financial. Owned by Violet Gojcaj, Zana has been lending since the 1990s. Since he became licensed a few years ago, Mr. Boettcher has closed more than $23 million in purchase and refinance loans.

WHY USE A MORTGAGE BROKER?

It’s very simple, really… One application and credit pull serves to provide access by the borrower to nearly two dozen lenders~ not one bank or credit union to be approved or declined by, but multiple lending institutions competing for your individual business. At one point last year, with a number of loans in Zana’s pipeline, each one was being financed through a different lender. Because in each case, that particular lender offered the client the best deal, rate, lender credit (cash back), or overall terms. In some cases, if one lender declines a deal, we have another to reach out to for an approval. The Broker works for the borrower, but is paid by the lender, for no additional cost out of pocket for the borrower. Contact us with any questions.
